Role Overview
Unity is scaling across leading Indian universities. You will spearhead institutional partnerships, working directly with college directors, deans, and student councils to bring Unity to their campuses.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard colleges, autonomous institutes, and universities
- Build and mentor our nationwide student developer ambassador fellowship cohort
- Coordinate campus hackathons, orientation workshops, and student council launches
- Act as the feedback conduit between campus leaders and our engineering team
Qualifications & Mindset
- Demonstrated experience in student communities, campus partnerships, or SaaS sales
- Exceptional verbal presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven operator comfortable with regional travel for key campus rollouts
- Deep understanding of Indian higher education culture
